About the Event
On this course you will learn how to adapt a fridge to dry-cure meat. We will build a meat curing chamber with controllable temperature and humidity that can be used to create a valuable preserved meat product from local beef, lamb, and pork.
Meat preservation without freezing. For a niche product income or a survival skill. All seasons resilience skills!
Free course and practical sharing day with local meat producers.
The practical learning will take place from 10am - 3pm with the option of having a guided tour fo the regenereative beef farming methods used on the farm
