Nick and Giselle are creators and owners of New Leaf Micro Greens . After the tough times of Covid and Lockdowns, Nick and Giselle decided to start another business that they could run alongside the Paragliding School they had been running for many years. They had been keen growers of Microgreens for some time, for the numerous health benefits of these amazing tiny plants, and after getting lots of fantastic feedback from their friends in the small coastal village of St Dogmaels, they decided to expand their production, and share their passion with a wider audience!! They rapidly grrew, and as well as supplying many locals from their immediate area, they are also proud to supply numerous restaurants and fine eating establishments throughout the beautiful county of Pembrokeshire.
